Golden State Warriors v Phoenix Suns

Detroit Pistons head coach Stan Van Gundy went off on Wednesday about Donald Trump being elected as president.  Later that day, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was asked about Van Gundy’s comments during a press conference before the Warriors game against the Dallas Mavericks.

Much like Van Gundy, Kerr was not happy about the winner and he held nothing back when speaking about the entire process and Trump’s ultimate victory.

We talked about it as a team this morning. I don’t know what else to say. Just the whole process has left all of us feeling disgusted and disappointed. I thought we were better than this. I thought The Jerry Springer Show was The Jerry Springer Show. Watching the last debate, Trump would make a crack at Clinton, and you could hear fans in the stands ‘Oooooh, oooh, no you didn’t!’. Like, yeah he did. This is the presidential election, it’s not The Jerry Springer Show. I’m sorry, this is my rant. I’m disappointed in the lack of respect and dignity that’s involved, and that’s the way it goes.
