Boston Celtics Fans Are Selling ‘Durant is a B*tch’ Shirts Just Ahead of the Game (PICS)

This past summer, former Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant was courted by many teams that wanted his services and the Boston Celtics went after him hard, even bringing Patriots QB Tom Brady in to help recruit him.

Of course, Durant chose to sign with the Golden State Warriors instead, but fans in Boston still felt slighted by him and he’s probably going to hear about it tonight at TD Garden.

Before the game, Durant had this to say about the fan outrage of him not signing there.

“What can they be mad about?” Durant said. “I never played there, I never said I was going there. They’re going to support their team. It’s one of the best fan bases in the league. Top five, easily. So no matter who goes in there, they’re going to boo them. But I have no attachment to Boston at all.”

After Durant made his decision, Celtics forward Jae Crowder was not happy about everything the Celtics revealed to Durant.  He let his feelings be known:

“We played him clips from both games and told him basically the scouting report of how we guarded Steph (Curry) and Klay (Thompson),” Crowder said. “Our game plan, basically. That’s what made me mad. We (expletive) told him everything we do to beat these guys and we beat them and he went and joined them. … Like maybe after you sit back, you shouldn’t have told him everything, but who the (expletive) thought he was going to Golden State, realistically?”

Boston Celtics fans plan on letting their feelings known as well with a custom made t-shirt that is being sold before tip-off.
