Wednesday night was a rough one for soccer fans, especially those with a fondness for Chapecoense, the team whose plane crashed over the weekend, killing over 70 people. The club was scheduled to play a game last night against Atletico Nacional of Colombia in the Copa Sudamerica Final.

The game didn’t take place for obvious reasons.  So, out of respect, Fox Sports Brazil ran 90 minutes of dead air to honor those lost in the tragedy.

Additionally, during the time set for the match, fans of both teams gathered at their respective stadiums to pay tribute to those killed.
