New York Knicks v Brooklyn Nets

It’s not everyday New York Knicks center Joakim Noah agrees with something the Cleveland Cavaliers are doing, but when it comes to President-elect Donald Trump, he made an exception.

On Monday, LeBron James and a few of his Cavaliers teammates were excused from staying at the Trump SoHo hotel in New York as they get ready to face off against the New York Knicks. this week

Joakim Noah seems to agree with their stance and wants in on that action. When asked by reporters whether he plans on staying at Trump branded hotels, he stated, “Nah, probably not”.

“I think it’s just a comfort level, you know. Stick to your principles. Whoever you are,” Noah said. “Trump is our president. But that doesn’t mean we have to stay at his hotel.”

Noah and LeBron are part of a long list of NBA athletes who are refusing to stay at Donald Trump’s hotels this season.
