Chiefs Provide Fans With ‘Get Out of Work’ Letter, Open Gates Early So They Can Get Drunk For TNF
In an effort to combat the usual Thursday Night Football doldrums, the Chiefs are taking some pretty drastic measures. They’re doing a similar thing to what Mark Cuban did last year when he wrote “excuse notes” for Mavs fans to get to the game early.
Well, Andy Reid and the Chiefs are doing the same things before they battle the first-place Raiders, and they’re upping the ante by opening the stadium WAY earlier, presumably so the fans can get drunk and rowdy.
Gates will open at noon at Arrowhead Stadium for Thursday night’s game against the Raiders

Reid’s got a letter, too:
Sounds like it might just be a drunken good time tonight in KC.
