Ronda Rousey Responds to Critics in Epic UFC 207 Hype Video (Video)
For a good four years Ronda Rousey was the most dominant fighter in MMA. Only one of her first 12 fights lasted more than one round, while eight of them lasted less than a minute and two lasted less than 20 seconds. By the end of 2015 it didn’t seem like anybody would ever beat her.
But of course, somebody did beat her. Last November, at UFC 193, Holly Holm shocked the MMA world when she knocked Rousey out with a devastating kick to the head.
Ever since then Rousey just has not been the same. In the aftermath of her defeat Rousey barely left the house. Once overflowing with arrogance, Rousey has seemed insecure and unsure. At one point she even told Ellen DeGeneres that she had contemplated suicide.
Now, though, it seems Rousey is finally starting to regain her swagger. The former UFC women’s bantamweight champ is on a warpath in a new hype video for her comeback at UFC 207.
Take a look, but be careful not to make eye contact. Her ferocious gaze will probably tear your soul in half:
That’s the Rousey we all know and love. Amanda Nunes had better watch out.
