Not sure if this was a shot at the NFL, Ezekiel Elliott, or both?

On Monday, the NFL decided they would not be assessing a fine to Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott for jumping inside a Salvation Army Kettle in celebration of his touchdown, even though the NFL has cracked down on excessive celebrations this year.

New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is no stranger to being fined by the NFL for his celebrations.  He took to Twitter on Monday to ponder whether he would have been fined if it was him that jumped in the kettle.
