In the second quarter on Sunday Night Football, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott scored a touchdown against the Tampa Bay Bucs & celebrated by jumping inside a Salvation army Kettle.

He was flagged on the play and most people believed he would indeed be fined for the celebration.

On Monday, the NFL shocked everybody and decided not to fine Elliott after all, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rappoport.
