Rousey Got Hit 27 Times in 48 Secs, Made $3M; Amanda Nunes Made $200K
For the first time since 2015, Ronda Rousey made her return to the Octagon at UFC 207 . It took all of 48 seconds for her to experience what 2016 felt like to everybody, as she was knocked out by Amanda Nunes.
In that fight, Amanda Nunes landed 27 strikes, 23 to the head of Ronda Rousey, in that 48 seconds. As for Rousey, she landed 7 strikes…TOTAL.

Rousey may have lost the fight, but she clearly won the money war. She made $3 million for that beat down, basically $62,000 per second, $111,000 per punch taken.
Amanda Nunes, the female Bantamweight champion, brought in just $200K to destroy her.
