Ginats offensive guard Justin Pugh seems to think NFC #1 seed Dallas Cowboys lucked out when the Giants failed to beat the Packers, because he believes his team would have definitely beat the Cowboys for a third consecutive time.

“They’re lucky that we didn’t go beat the Green Bay Packers,” Pugh said Monday to Giants reporters. “If we were going to come to Dallas, we were going to beat them (the Cowboys) a third time.”

The Giants defeated the Cowboys 20-19 on the road in Week 1.  Then they beat them 10-7 at home in Week 14.
