An NFC Divisional game that started off as a 21-3 blowout in favor of the Green Bay Packers wasn’t decided until the clock hit 0:00, when Crosby hit a game-winning field-goal to defeat the top-seeded Dallas Cowboys, 34-31.
So, how many people actually tuned in to watch this game. A LOT. The game drew an audience of 48.5 million viewers, making it the most-watched divisional round playoff game in NFL history, according to FOX Sports.
Comparing it to the NBA Finals and World Series, it wasn’t even close:
