For $25M, 54-Year-Old Evander Holyfield Says He’ll Squash Conor McGregor
Last week, UFC President Dana White offered Floyd Mayweather $25 million to fight MMA star Conor McGregor and was promptly shut down by the retired boxer.
Former world heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield, who is 54-years-old, took to social media on Tuesday and called out Conor McGregor, stating he would come out of retirement for that $25 million that Floyd Mayweather doesn’t want.
Holyfield hasn’t graced the ring since May 2011, when he defeated Brian Nielsen by 10th-round TKO.
