Social Media Blasts The Pro Football Hall Of Fame For Snubbing Terrell Owens For Second Year In A Row
On Saturday, former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens took to Twitter and announced that he would not be in the 2017 class for the Hall of Fame.
Unfortunately I DID NOT MAKE IT again this year. Thanks to ALL my fans & supporters. #FlawedProcess

Social media was not happy about Owens being left out for a second straight year and they blasted the hall of fame voters because of it.

Have respect for the guys on the HOF committee, but it’s pretty hard to tell the story of the NFL from 1996-2009 without Terrell Owens.

If you really don’t think Terrell Owens is a Hall of Famer, you probably shouldn’t have a Hall of Fame vote.

Terrell Owens not in the @ProFootballHall?
It makes the whole process look silly and petty.

Terrell Owens then lashed out himself:
HOF is a total joke. Honestly, doesn’t mean anything to me to get in beyond this point. https://t.co/wJJ8vVSp9d

He then started to retweet fan and former players supporting him:
@terrellowens …TO wide open in the end zone, HoF & NFL throw short???
