Divisional Round - Houston Texans v New England Patriots

Last offseason, the Houston Texans gave former Denver Broncos QB Brock Osweiler a $72 million contract and everyone was baffled as to why. This offseason, the Houston Texans shocked everyone once again when they traded Osweiler to the Cleveland Browns, and once again, everyone was baffled as to how they managed to pull it off.

Literally, no one saw it coming…except for one user on the popular website Reddit.

Almost 3 weeks ago, a user who goes by Crossfire912 on Reddit typed out a scenario of how the Texans could possibly get rid of Brock Osweiler.  They used the Browns as an example since they had a bunch of cap space and could accommodate the terms of Osweiler’s contract.

Crossfire912 surely got laughed at back then, but look who’s laughing now when it actually happened.
