REPORT: Cleveland Browns Are Releasing Robert Griffin III
The Cleveland Browns have been the most active team this week after they traded for QB Brock Osweiler and a 2nd round pick—although, they reportedly plan to trade or cut Osweiler within the next few days.
On Friday, it was announced that the team would be parting ways with often injured QB Robert Griffin III.
Browns are releasing Robert Griffin III today, per source.

Griffin missed much of the 2016 season after getting injured in the very first game. He managed to play in only five games, throwing for 886 yards, 2 TD’s, and 3 INT’s.
