REPORT: New Seahawks RB Eddie Lacy Packed on More Than 30 Pounds This Offseason
The Seattle Seahawks were in the market for a new running back and decided to sign former Green Bay Packers RB Eddie Lacy to a 1-year deal to basically prove himself . And according to recent reports, that is going to be an uphill task.
Word has it that Lacy is still dealing with the exact same weight issues that plagued him in Green Bay, and it seems as if it has gotten worse during this offseason.
RB Eddie Lacy visited Sea (his new team), Minn and GB in the last wk. For one of the three teams Lacy weighed 267. Listed last year at 234.

Just last month, it was reported that Lacy was fined multiple times by the Packers for not controlling his weight. This after he took the initiative to begin working out with P90X creator Tony Horton, resulting in a slimmer looking Lacy before the 2016 season began.
Lacy played in just five games last season before being placed on injured reserve in October.
