Former Teammate of LaVar Ball Says MJ 1-on-1 Claims “Laughable”
LaVar Ball may think he would have “killed” Michael Jordan in a one-on-one game back in his heyday, but clearly no one’s buying it.
Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell has already responded to LaVar’s outrageous claim, and now a former teammate of Ball’s is chiming in with his opinion on the matter.
Brian Quinnett played with the father of UCLA star Lonzo Ball for one year at Washington State back in 1987-88. Quinnett, who had a short stint in the NBA with the Knicks and Mavs, said LaVar’s claim that he could beat Michael Jordan is “laughable,” according to TMZ.
The stats seem to support that statement, as LaVar Ball averaged only 2.2 points that season:

Stay tuned for Ball’s response. You know it’s coming.
