The Diamondbacks Are Introducing a New $25 Chicken Enchilada Dog For The Upcoming Season
In the last 13 years, the Arizona Diamondbacks have only had 3 winning seasons, and only one in the last six years. If that’s not bad enough, they’ve ranked 11th or worst in attendance in the National League since 2005 and it shows no sign of getting better.
So, what can they possibly do to improve attendance at Chase Field? Put out a better product? Nope. Put out new and ridiculous food.
The team plans to unveil some new (crazy) options for the upcoming 2017 MLB season, like the new Churro Dog 2.0, the Bacon-Wrapped Pretzel Baguette, and the new Chicken Enchilada Dog with a price tag of $25.
You read that correctly, it’s an 18-inch sausage with cheese, pico de gallo, olives, sour cream, sauce, and tortilla strips all stuffed into a hot dog bun.
