Despite terrible QB after terrible QB getting signed as back-ups around the league, John Harbaugh doesn’t buy the idea that teams are purposely staying away from Colin Kaepernick for non-football reasons.

On Tuesday, the Baltimore Ravens head coach criticized everyone with that line of thinking when he was asked about Kaepernick remaining unsigned almost three weeks into free agency.

Interest in Kaepernick has been nonexistent, despite throwing 16 touchdowns and four interceptions in 12 games with the San Francisco 49ers last season.

New 49ers general manager John Lynch said earlier in March that the team isn’t closing the door on a possible return.
