Those who bet on Dustin Johnson to win the Masters with a futures bet (the kind you’d normally make when betting on a person or team to win something) are in a kind of no-man’s zone when it comes to getting refunds. More people bet on Johnson than anyone else, but when he pulled out without teeing off due to back problems, some casinos were offering refunds and others weren’t, claiming that he didn’t have to play for the bet to be valid.

Those who bet on Johnson with prop bets and matchups will be getting their money back.

The fact is, it’s up to the sports books, and some refund the money as a matter of customer service.

Anyway, check with your online or Vegas book. You might be getting a refund on Johnson…or you might not.
