Since announcing his retirement last week, former Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo has been a very busy man.

He immediately signed an agreement with CBS to serve as the network’s No. 1 color commentator for NFL games.  And on Tuesday, he suited up with the Dallas Mavericks to sit on the bench during the team’s final home game of the season.

On Wednesday’s edition of ‘First Take’, Stephen A. Smith and Will Cain debated the racial implications of Tony Romo being honored by the Mavs. Smith stated on the show that he has never seen a black athlete treated in such a way, sparking an intense debate with ESPN’s Will Cain.
