Two Titans Are Facing a $500K Lawsuit for Allegedly Beating a Man Up at a Bar While Watching the Draft
Titans Tajae Sharpe and Sebastian Tretola are facing a hefty lawsuit for a strange run-in with a bar patron while all three were allegedly watching the NFL draft.
According to the court docs, Dante Satterfield alleges that the two Titans players beat him up after he commented on the Titans’ first-round pick Corey Davis. Satterfield claimed that Davis’ presence would cut into Sharpe’s playing time.
Sharpe didn’t appreciate that comment (though the lawsuit says he WAS upset about Davis’ selection) and allegedly things got physical from there.
The lawsuit says he was punched in the face to the point of unconsciousness by Sharpe while Tretola served as a lookout. A passerby spotted Satterfield unconscious and unresponsive and called 911.
Satterfield’s lawsuit says suffered a concussion, broken bones in the face, massive facial bruising, a perforated eardrum, among other injuries.
Sharpe’s agent has issued a full denial, stating:
“The claims are false and ridiculous,” Blaine Roche said. “Unfortunately this is a classic shakedown attempt. Tajae categorically denies any involvement whatsoever and looks forward to vindicating his name and focusing on what matters most – football.”
Looks like the truth will come out in court soon enough.
