REPORT: Former NBA Player Ben Gordon Arrested For Pulling Fire Alarms

by: Black Adam Schefter On  Monday, June 5, 2017

Boston Celtics v Charlotte Bobcats

Former NBA guard Ben Gordon hasn’t played in the league since the 2014-2015 season.  Apparently, with all of his spare time, he is now pulling fire alarms.

Gordon was arrested Thursday in Los Angeles after he allegedly pulled multiple fire alarms in his apartment complex, according to TMZ Sports.

“We’re told 34-year-old Gordon — who played for the Bulls, Pistons and Bobcats — was apparently locked out of his apartment and went into meltdown mode … pulling fire alarms inside the building.

LAPD and L.A. City Fire responded — but there was no fire. Instead, they found Gordon and arrested him for falsely activating a fire alarm, a misdemeanor.

He’s been taken into custody.”

Gordon, one of only 10 players in NBA history born in the United Kingdom, played this past season for the D-League’s Texas Legends in an attempt at a pro comeback.
