Brian Windhorst Confirms That Cavs Locker Room Smelled Like Weed After Game 2
Immediately following Game 2 of the NBA Finals, an ESPN writer implied that the Cleveland Cavaliers smoked some weed because the locker room reeked of marijuana smoke.
Cavs locker room has a strong reefer aroma to it tonight. Hey, it’s Cali. You’re down 2-0 and it’s all about pain control. #NBAFinals

On Tuesday’s edition of ‘First Take’, NBA expert Brian Windhorst was asked whethere or not this was true. He confirmed that the visiting locker room did smell like marijuana, but doesn’t know who it came from. He stated it could’ve been from the players or a member of the media.
Jalen Rose during that same segment spoke on the topic:
“After the game, it’s no different than going to dinner, having drinks, having wine, or anything else. If it’s legal — you’re in California — and you’re an adult, you have the opportunity to do it.”
