UCLA v Kentucky

Don’t look now, but there’s another trash talking dad on the horizon.

The Lonzo Ball and De’Aaron Fox feud is gaining even more steam with just a few days left until the 2017 NBA Draft. Usually it’s LaVar Ball talking major noise about anything and everything, but in a Bleacher Report feature, it’s Aaron Fox, De’Aaron’s father, who has something to say about Lonzo.

“My son already ate his ass up twice,” Aaron Fox said about Lonzo, according to Bleacher Report’s Jonathan Abrams. “[LaVar] can say what he wants to say. I just tell him to go back and watch the film. That’s it.”

Back in December, Lonzo and his UCLA squad dethroned No. 1 Kentucky. Lonzo finished that game with 14-points, seven-assists, and six-rebounds, while Fox scored 20 points.

In the Sweet 16, however, Fox won the more important game, dropping 39 points on 65 percent shooting compared to Ball’s 10 points on 4-of-10 shooting.

“All that yap, yap, yapping, I don’t even got to respond to that,” Aaron Fox said. “We played them twice. Twice his son got outplayed. I always tell [De’Aaron], let your game speak for it. You ain’t got to talk. You ain’t got to fuss.”

Shots fired.
