San Antonio Spurs v Golden State Warriors - Game Two

Looks like the LaMarcus Aldridge experiment is coming to an end in San Antonio.

It’s been over twenty years since the San Antonio Spurs have landed in the top-10 in the NBA draft as they have been one of the most consistently competitive squads over that time period.

According to Sam Amico of FOX Sports Ohio, the team is looking to change that just ahead of Thursday’s NBA Draft as they has made LaMarcus Aldridge available via trade in hopes of moving up.

The Kings own both the No. 5 and No. 10 picks in Thursday’s draft, and may be willing to part with one of the selections for the right price.

Aldridge’s points and rebounds have taken a dip since he signed with the Spurs and he hasn’t lived up to what the team thought he would be.
