Not many know this, but the Golden State Warriors actually drafted Vince Carter back in 1998 with the 5th overall pick, then traded him to the Toronto Raptors for the fourth overall pick, Antawn Jamison, who was Carter’s college teammate and good friend.

Almost 20 years later, Vince Carter is looking to suit up for the team that drafted him, and he’s willing to take less money for a chance at a ring.
