Kevin Durant Congratulated Russell Westbrook On His MVP; Calls Him A “Created Player On 2K’

Once Kevin Durant bolted in free agency to join the Golden State Warriors, a team that eliminated his squad just a month prior, the Durant-Westbrook feud dominated much of the NBA season and that included every OKC-GSW match-up and even the all-star game.

Westbrook rarely spoke on the rumored beef, while Durant constantly had something to say about it, but both sides insist there is 0 beef between the two. They’re no longer teammates, so they don’t talk as much.

After Westbrook had a monster year on the court that broke numerous records and put him on a list with some of the greats – he was rewarded with the MVP on Monday Night.

Durant then congratulated his former teammate the following morning on his official Youtube page:
