Martellus Bennett Ranks Aaron Rodgers As Best QB He’s Played With, Tony Romo Worst

Martellus Bennett signed a three-year, $21-million deal with the Green Bay Packers in free agency, and despite the fact he has yet to play a game for the franchise – Bennett is already praising Aaron Rodgers.

The tight end spent one season with the New England Patriots and even though it culminated with Tom Brady leading him to his first Super Bowl ring, Bennett has already placed Rodgers as the best quarterback he’s played with in his nine-year career.

During an appearance on NFL Network last week, Bennett, who has played for five teams in the pros: the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Chicago Bears, Patriots, and now the Packers…Bennett laid out his personal list of best QB’s he’s played with.

1. Rodgers
2. Brady
3. Jay Cutler
4. Eli Manning
5. Tony Romo

Bennett also explained in the piece how his lone year in New York saved his career, as he collected a then-career-high 626 yards and five touchdowns in 2012.
