Chicago Cubs Star Flips His Middle Finger While Posing With Donald Trump
Albert Almora Jr. is feeling the heat after a photo surfaced online seemingly showing him flipping off President Donald Trump while he and some Chicago Cubs’ teammates were visiting the White House once again.
While standing just a few feet from Trump as the president sat down at the Resolute Desk, the Cubs center fielder looked like he purposely extended his middle finger.
Shortly after the photo surfaced, Almora quickly denied doing such a thing.
“Guys were giving me a hard time about it,” Almora said, “but I pointed out the second finger. We’re all good.”
“Obviously, it’s unfortunate,” Almora said. “I’m getting ready to take a picture and I’m posing there. But you guys know that I would never do that to the president of the United States.
“I respect everybody. It is what it is. We laugh about it now, but there’s definitely two fingers out there.”
