San Francisco 49ers v Miami Dolphins

For almost 24 hours, there was a glimmer of hope that Colin Kaepernick may have finally found a team to take a chance on him after QB Joe Flacco went down with a back injury.

In the end it was not meant to be, as the Baltimore Ravens decided to look elsewhere and opted to sign Arena Football League quarterback David Olson instead.

Olson, who played for the Kansas City Phantoms of Champions Indoor Football, will report to Ravens training camp on Friday. Olson will join a Ravens’ depth chart that includes Ryan Mallett and Dustin Vaughan.
