The Mayweather-McGregor boxing match is slated for August 26th, and with so many people completely, absolutely, 100% convinced that McGregor is out of his depth, it seems that it’s time for Mayweather to throw himself under the bus to keep the scales even and the interest high.

His words to ESPN‘s Stephen A. Smith during their recent interview?

“He’s a lot younger. When you look at myself and Conor McGregor on paper, he’s taller, has a longer reach, he’s a bigger man from top to bottom. He’s a lot younger, so youth is on his side,” Mayweather said of McGregor, who is 29. “And I’ve been off a couple of years. And I’m in my 40s. So, if you look at everything on paper, it leans toward Conor McGregor.”

Ugh. Not true. LIES!

Here’s the video of Mayweather convincing us that this will be a killer match.

Anyone believe this guy?
