Mike Evans Explains to Bucs GM’s Son That He’s ‘Too Much of a Savage’ to Dance (Video)
The Internet Isn’t Sure if ‘Jeff Fisher Day’ Should Be 8/8 or 7/9 (Tweets)
In case you didn’t pay attention to the last season of Rams football, Jeff Fisher doesn’t have the best reputation. Sure, he’s liked, but he’s also the guy that always gets his team a .500 record. Or slightly worse.
With that in mind, the users of Twitter can’t decide if the casually-celebrated Jeff Fisher Day should be held on 8/8 or 7/9.
Watch the discussion unfold on social media. First, there were those who were celebrating the occasion on August 8:

Tomorrow is 08/08 Be sure to wish everyone you know a “Happy Jeff Fisher Day” — Benjamin Allbright (@AllbrightNFL) August 7, 2017
Then someone decided to step in and suggest that the REAL Jeff Fisher Day is on July 9, and not August 8:
You’re too late. Jeff Fisher day is on 07-09 https://t.co/fn5yOAht4m

There were even those who had already celebrarted the occasion last month (on 7/9):

It’s 7-9. Happy International Jeff Fisher Day!
— Patrick Smith (@plsmithca) July 9, 2017
Happy July 9th everyone, or as I like to call it, Jeff Fisher day #7-9
— Jacob Woosley (@jacob_woosley) July 9, 2017
Fisher’s had five 8-8 seasons and four 7-9 seasons. Further muddying the waters, he’s had a 7-8-1 season, too.
Let’s just say everyone’s right about this one, okay?
