Two months ago, when Conor McGregor was gearing up to fight Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas, he ranted long enough to call rapper 50 Cent a bitch and referred to him and Floyd Mayweather as ‘two fake money bitches’.
50 Cent eventually got word of the diss and responded on Instagram.
“what the fuck wrong wit this white boy, you fighting Floyd not me fool. LOL”
Months later and Conor McGregor has since lost to Mayweather via a 10th round TKO, but 50 Cent hasn’t forgotten those comments.
During an appearance on Tuesday night’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” he claimed he could take the MMA Lightweight Champ down in a street fight.
“In the street? Yeah! C’mon, he weighs 150 pounds, man,” 50 Cent told host Andy Cohen, according to FanSided’s Amy Kaplan.
He also addressed comments from McGregor who accused him of being broke and bankrupt.
What McGregor said:
“You and 50 are two fake money bitches. He’s bankrupt and you’re about to be.”
“I was like this fool didn’t know if he was fighting Floyd or me,” 50 Cent, who’s friends with Mayweather, said. “But he was doing his job; he was putting on a show and making sure everybody was paying attention.”
Don’t sleep on 50, as he has shown numerous times he has some boxing skills. Combine that with the fact that he’s not easy to kill, like he showed back in 2000 when he was shot 9 times, and he could end up being one tough opponent.
