Since the now infamous “Key & Peele” bit from years ago about NFL celebrations, most people have wondered if doing three pumps or more in a celebration would actually get a player a penalty.

This offseason the NFL announced that they were easing up on their strict celebration rules. Players wasted no time taking full advantage of the lax rules.

After a sack on Vikings quarterback Case Keenum, Steelers linebacker Bud Dupree celebrated by paying homage to “Key & Peele.”

He pumped not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR TIMES. No penalty.

To make this celebration even more hilarious, commissioner Roger Goodell was in attendance and was forced to watch the pumps with no penalty.
