Aaron Rodgers Says Packers Will Continue Linking Arms, Wants Fans To Join In: ‘This Is About Equality’
Ray Lewis Responds To Shannon Sharpe: ‘I Wasn’t Protesting, I Was Praising God’ (VIDEO)
This past Sunday, the world was shocked to see that Ray Lewis, who had been a vocal critic of Colin Kaepernick in the past, was kneeling on both knees with current players during the playing of the National Anthem.
It did not go unnoticed by his former teammate.
On Monday’s edition of the ‘Undisputed’, Shannon Sharpe expressed his disappointment in the former Baltimore Ravens linebacker because he had said numerous times that he would never kneel during the Anthem.
Ray Lewis was disappointed as well. He was disappointed because he thought a friend like Shannon Sharpe would call him first to ask about his position before commenting on it. Lewis then went on to say that he wasn’t kneeling to protest, but rather praising god.
Here’s a look at his fiery response to Sharpe’s comments:
