ESPN SportsCenter anchor Michael Smith was not a happy camper after his co-host Jemele Hill was handed a two week suspension. Because of that ruling by his employer, he will not be on television for Monday’s 6 p.m. ET episode of SportsCenter.

Hill made a series of tweets on Sunday following a report that stated Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones would bench any player who kneels or disrespects the flag during the anthem.

Smith was replaced by Matt Berrie, but is scheduled to return to SC6 on Tuesday.

It was just last month when Hill called President Trump a “white supremacist” on Twitter. She received a warning from ESPN for those comments.
