REPORT: Brian Hoyer Set To Sign 3-Year Deal To Return To Patriots
Brian Hoyer is set to return back to where it all started.
Six years after leaving the New England Patriots, the often passed-around quarterback is set to return to his original team. Hoyer is now expected to back-up Tom Brady following his release from the San Francisco 49ers.

After trading Jimmy Garoppolo to the Niners for a 2018 second-round draft pick prior to Tuesday’s trade deadline, the Pats only had Brady on the QB Depth chart and were in the market for a new QB.
The Pats originally signed the undrafted free agent out of Michigan State in 2009.
