In Philadelphia, there was a touching memorial for Roy Halladay outside Citizens Bank Park after he tragically passed away in a plane accident. A Philadelphia man used that opportunity to allegedly steal a Halladay jersey that was placed there.

He tried to flee, but was chased down by Phillies fans who eventually flagged down police and handed him over.

Fortunately for that guy, nobody stepped up to claim ownership of that jersey, so no charges were filed as a result. Instead, the unidentified suspect was released with a citation from police.
