REPORT: Cavs Would Consider Trade Offer of Tristan Thompson For Clippers’ DeAndre Jordan
Derrick Rose Stands To Lose An Insane Amount of Money If He Retires Because of Injuries
Every time Derrick Rose thinks he’s healthy enough to return back to his former self, a minor injury sets him back, and these recurring setbacks are beginning to take a toll on him mentally.
Much like former NFL RB Arian Foster, who retired because he got tired of rehabbing injuries, a report came out on Friday that the current Cleveland Cavaliers guard is reportedly considering retiring from the NBA. Rose is currently on leave from the team while he re-evaluates his future in the league.
If he does follow through with retirement, he stands to lose an insane amount of money in the process.
If DRose retired outright, he’d be leaving an adidas deal with 6 years and roughly $70+ Million remaining on the table. https://t.co/PgqqiqYqlJ
