Seven months ago, Oscar De La Hoya stated the fight between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather was a terrible idea, calling the fight a “farce” from which boxing “might never recover.” Then the fight happened and large sums of money came to both fighters.

Last month, the boxing legend reversed course and stated he wanted to come out of retirement to fight McGregor. That revelation was quite hilarious to Mayweather, who took to Instagram Live and blasted his rival for being a hypocrite and high on cocaine.

Millions of dollars has a way of changing your mind in an instance.
