Malcolm Jenkins may be done with the Patriots on the field, but off the field, he’s still going strong. Speaking on Friday’s edition of Sportscenter, the Eagles safety said that the league and coaches aren’t completely convinced that New England’s days as cheaters are behind them.

That comment jives with reports that the Eagles conducted a faked pre-Super Bowl walkthrough in case the prying eyes of the Pats were watching them in preparation for the game. Jenkins said, “I think there are still a lot of coaches out there that don’t trust the Patriots, so sometimes they’ll overthink it and do some fake plays in case anybody’s watching.”

What’s the saying? It’s not crazy if it works? Well, it clearly worked for the Eagles, right or wrong. So let this be a lesson for the other teams on the Pats’ 2018 schedule: act like they’re cheating at all times. You won’t regret it.
