Ronda Rousey Made WWE Debut at WrestleMania 34 and Totally Stole the Show (VIDEOS)

Rowdy Ronda Rousey WrestleMania

Ronda Rousey just made her long-awaited professional wrestling debut on the biggest stage the sport has to offer, and she absolutely crushed it.

Billed as Rowdy Ronda Rousey, the former UFC superstar teamed up with Kurt Angle, a fellow former Olympic wrestler, to take on corporate heels Stephanie McMahon and Triple H at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans. And although the event featured the return of Daniel Bryan and The Undertaker, it was Rousey who stole the show.

The fans were on her side right from the get go. As soon as Rousey set foot on the entrance stage, 75,000 people started chanting “Ronda! Rousey!”

Rousey started the match on the sidelines and had to watch McMahon and Triple H beat up on poor Kurt Angle for a while. When she finally got tagged in, she went berserk.

And I do mean BERSERK. Take a look at this:

The match wasn’t all Rousey. McMahon and Triple H got their shots in, and on a few occasions they had Rousey and Angle on the ropes.

In the end, though, Rousey prevailed, getting McMahon to submit with—what else?—an MMA-style arm bar.

Or to make a long story short…

After the match Rousey and Angle gave a surprisingly out-of-character interview, and Rousey called her WWE debut the second greatest day of her life after her wedding.

Something tells me Rousey is going to bring a LOT of new fans to the WWE.
