Redskins’ Paul Richardson Claims Officer Racially Profiled Him; Thought He Was A Drug Dealer (TWEETS)
Former Seattle Seahawk and new Washington Redskins WR Paul Richardson had no clue what was in store for him today, but it would drastically change the way he saw law enforcement.
While in Virginia, Richardson claims an officer pulled him over, and before he even asked him anything and stated what he was pulled over for, he was greeted with a question of whether he was a gang-member or not.
It got even worse when the officer allegedly told Richardson he thought he was a drug dealer as well.
Redskins WR Paul Richardson alleged an officer asked if he was “in a gang” and if he was a drug dealer during the course of a traffic stop in VA this afternoon. @prichiejr has since deleted these two tweets. pic.twitter.com/28UQFfgIQg

He later explained why he deleted the tweets:
It’s true, but tweeting about it wasn’t the right way to deal.
