Chris Paul Uses NSFW Language To Describe Rockets’ 3-1 Series Lead (VIDEO)

Chris Paul Interview

In 13 seasons in the NBA, Chris Paul has never made it past the second round of the playoffs. Perhaps the closest he ever got to achieving such was back in 2015, which was also the last time he’s made it to round two of the postseason.

As a member of the Clippers, CP3 and his former team built themselves a commanding 3-1 lead over Paul’s current team, the Houston Rockets, during the second round of that postseason. Unfortunately for him, three victories don’t win you a series.  And L.A. failed to grab that elusive fourth victory in any of their next three contests, blowing their two-game lead and dropping the series in seven games.

If you thought Paul had forgotten about that terrible collapse, think again.

Following the Rockets’ Game 4 win over the Utah Jazz on Sunday — which gave Paul and company a 3-1 lead in their second round series — CP3 was asked how it felt to be one win away from his first ever trip to the Conference Finals.

Not surprisingly, Paul wasn’t taking the bait. Rather that looking ahead to the Conference Finals, he provided a NSFW answer that made it clear he hasn’t forgotten about his latest second-round collapse.

You can bet Chris Paul will be ready to go for Game 5 on Tuesday night. The last thing he wants is for sh*t to go bad real quick once again.
