CP3 Steals the Record

1

Total Pro Sports-  Last night superstar point guard Chris Paul, from the New Orleans Hornets, put his name in record books again.  He broke the record for consecutive games with at least one steal in 106 straight games.  The record was previously held by Alvin Robertson,  the former Toronto Raptor and San Antonio Spur.

The former Demon Deacon has been lighting up the league since his rookie year.  He play has improved every year since being drafted in 2005 from Wake Forest.  Paul is considered to be the best point in the league right now, boasting an impressive resume which includes: a rookie of the year selection, an Olympic gold medal and now the consecutive steals record.

In 2005 his draft stock fell due to on court incident in which he punched a player in the family jewels.  As a result, some teams passed up on him, questioning his attitude.  Since entering the league he has been a model employee and has become a premier player.

Hey Milwaukee, how is Andrew Bogut working out for you?
