Total Pro Sports- I have never thought of Jake Delhomme as an elite NFL QB, and tonight he has shown the whole world why he is not. Delhomme threw 5 (yes 5) interceptions and lost 1 fumble in the game. Thanks to Delhomme's amazing performance, the Arizona Cardinals are on their way to the NFC championship game, for the first time in franchise history.
I usually don't like to blame an individual player for a team loss, but in this case I have to say that Jake Delhomme choked, big time. Throwing 2 picks is understandable, 3 is pushing it, 4 is bad and 5 is just embarrassing.
I feel bad for all those Carolina Panthers fans out there, who had to suffer through the game. The silver lining behind this difficult loss is that Jake Delhomme has most likely played his last game in a Carolina Panthers uniform. See you later Jake, you won't be missed.

Not the worst but it was pretty bad. It sucks that it was his birthday.
Yeah, he basically **** a brick and sucked big time. Stevie Wonder could have went out there and threw for less interceptions.
It was pretty pathetic, but he has led them to the Super Bowl and it would be foolish to get rid of him unless they are able to bring in someone who they definitely know is better.
Speaking as a Bears Fan, good QBs are hard to come by in the NFL. At least Jake plays with intensity.
maybe he was paid to throw the game, cause he sure as hell couldn’t throw an accurate pass…….
It was ugly but Delhomme has plenty of company, namely the entire Houston Oilers team. The worst thing I ever witnessed was in the ‘93 playoffs when Houston was leading the Bills 35-3 in the third quarter. The Bills won in overtime 41-38.
