ian-kinslerTotal Pro Sports - The Texas Rangers beat the Baltimore Orioles on Wednesday night handily 19-6.  No, this is not an error the Texas Rangers put up a total of 19 runs.

For the second time in the week a player in Major League Baseball has hit for the cycle.  First it was Orlando Hudson of the LA Dodgers and now Ian Kinsler of the Texas Rangers.  Kinsler had a monster night from the plate going 6-6 from the plate with 4RBI's and 5 runs scored, making him "The Stat Line Of The Night" for Wednesday April 15th, 2009.

"When I hit that ball, I was just hoping for it to get over his head. Then when it got over his head, I was hoping for it to rattle around," Kinsler said. "I wasn't going to stop at second, regardless if he came up clean or not. I was going to give it a shot."

"Kins got us started on the first pitch and didn't let up all night," manager Ron Washington said. "Everybody followed suit."

"That was just a monster game. It's one thing to hit for the cycle, that's a once-in-a-lifetime type of game," Michael Young said. "But to add a couple of more hits to it, too, it's an incredible game."
