Total Pro Sports - Records weren't the only things breaking during the World Swimming Championships in Rome. The swimsuit of Ricky Berens was as well, making him the latest victim of a swimming wardrobe malfunction.

Last time it was Flavia Zoccari exposing her butt to the world at the Mediterranean Games.  This time it is US Olympic gold medalist Ricky Berens, just prior to his turn in the 4 X 100-meter freestyle semifinals.  That did not stop his team from qualifying for the finals and eventually winning the gold.

As Berens, a senior at the University of Texas, stepped up to the starting block, he bent over to stretch, but that was more than the swimsuit could handle.  So how did he react to this?

"I kind of freaked out for just a second.  I felt like [the hole] was almost down to my knees. I felt like I was putting on a pretty good show." [Huffington Post]

Michael Phelps and his coach, Bob Bowman, have already voiced their displeasure with the increased technology that has gone into some of the competitors swimsuits.  Forget about the technology.  Can someone at least get these guys something that wont rip?
