  • The Daily Gambling Fix 9/1/11 — Kendra Jordan

Kendra JordanHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: New York Yankees @ Boston Red Sox

    The Pick: Over 9.5

The Reason: Fifteen of the last 20 games between these two teams in Boston have gone over the total. Yankees starter A.J. Burnett has watched his last three starts go over the total, and each of his last five starts against the Yankees have gone over 9.5 runs. As for Red Sox starter Jon Lester, three of his last four starts against the…

The Game: Oakland A’s @ Cleveland Indians

    The Pick: Under 8

The Reason: There is really only one stat you need to hear in order for us to convince you that the under is the play in this game tonight: The last nine games between these two teams have gone under the total. If that wasn’t enough to get you confident in the under, we should also tell you that the Indians have gone under in four of…

Lisa ChandlerHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: Toronto Blue Jays @ Baltimore Orioles

    The Pick: Jays -115

The Reason: The Jays hit a bit of a slide over the weekend, but they were able to avoid a four-game sweep against the Rays with a win last night. Now they take on the Orioles, who they have beaten in four of their last five meetings. Jays starter Brett Cecil has won all four of his starts against the Orioles during his career, while…

Rali IvanovaHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: Tampa Bay Rays @ Toronto Blue Jays

    The Pick: Under 8.5

The Reason: The Jays send Ricky Romero to the mound tonight, and he has been on fire as of late, allowing only seven earned runs over his last six starts (46.1 innings). In his five August starts he has posted a 1.66 ERA and he has allowed only four runs against in his last three starts against the Rays (22 innings). As for Rays…

Malena MorganHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: New York Yankees @ Baltimore Orioles

    The Pick: Under 10

The Reason: After the Yankees put up more than twice this line yesterday (22 runs), you have to believe there will be some sort of a coming down back to earth in this one. While the Yankees have seen the over in four of their last five games and A.J. Burnett’s last four starts have seen 10 or more runs…

  • The Daily Gambling Fix 8/24/11 – Autumn Riley

Autumn RileyHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: Detroit Tigers @ Tampa Bay Rays

    The Pick: Over 8.5

The Reason: After last night’s 2-1 pitching duel, I have a feeling these teams are going to explode for an over game tonight. Max Scherzer is pitching for the Tigers, who has seen a split between over/under games during his outings this month. Wade Davis goes for the Rays, who has an ERA north of four and has seen just two under games in his last eight outings.

  • The Daily Gambling Fix 8/23/11 – Kylie Jade

Kylie JadeHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: Boston Red Sox @ Texas Rangers

    The Pick: Under 10

The Reason: I understand Texas plays in a sandbox and both offenses are loaded, but over 10 runs is a little much for a pitching matchup of John Lackey vs. Colby Lewis. Now, Lackey hasn’t been very good in August (5.33 ERA over four starts), but Lewis has been (2.92).

  • The Daily Gambling Fix 8/22/11 – Kendall Rayanne

Kendall RayanneHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: Milwaukee Brewers @ Pittsburgh Pirates

The Pick: Milwaukee Brewers -200 (Game 2)

The Reason: The Milwaukee Brewers are 9-1 SU in their last 9 games and take on a struggling Pirates team. With Zack Greinke on the mound the -200 line on the Brewers is nothing to even worry about. The Brewers are also 8-1 SU in their last 9 games on the road. Everything points to an easy win for the Brewers in game 2 of the double header, just don’t lay the house as your risking 2-1.

  • The Daily Gambling Fix 8/19/11 – Dylan Ryder

Dylan RyderHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: Cleveland Indians @ Detroit Tigers

    The Pick: Under 8.5

The Reason: The Tigers have played in the over for the last six games, but with a Division title on the line, look for this series to be tightly played. The Indians have played the under in five of their last six games and have Josh Tomlin pitching, who has a 2.03 ERA over his last two starts.

  • The Daily Gambling Fix 8/18/11 – Megan Daniels

Megan DanielsHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: Los Angeles Dodgers @ Milwaukee Brewers

    The Pick: Over 7

The Reason: The Dodgers haven’t played in a game over seven runs since August 10, but they will this afternoon in Milwaukee. Even with Clayton Kershaw on the bump, the Dodgers are due to whip out the bats after scoring just two runs in the first three games against the Brewers, and the Brewers will score off Kershaw, too.

  • The Daily Gambling Fix 8/17/11 – Ashley Hobbs

Ashley HobbsHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: New York Yankes @ Kansas City Royals

    The Pick: Under 9.5

The Reason: The first two games of the Yankees/Royals series brought in a total of 27 runs, but I don’t see that continuing for Game 3 of the series on Wednesday. Pitching for the Yankees, Bartolo Colon has only allowed two earned runs in each of his last three starts and has been strong all season. Plus, the Royals have not faced the renaissanced Colon yet this season. Meanwhile, the Royals have seen the under in five of their last eight games and will send Bruce Chen out to the mound.

  • The Daily Gambling Fix 8/16/11 — Kasey

KaseyHere are some of the best sports plays for all you gamblers out there.

The Game: Baltimore Orioles @ Oakland A’s

    The Pick: Over 8

The Reason: The Orioles have gone over in five of their last six games, while the A’s have gone over the total in each of their last five games. Four of the last five games between these two teams in Oakland have gone over the total. Orioles starter Brain Matusz has watched his last two starts go over the total, while Guillermo Moscoso…
